My best guess at the next update is autumn 2026, which will wrap up Season 3. Season 4 is going to be the final season, but it's anyone's guess how many episodes it'll be. It's supposed to be significantly different from the previous three seasons, so it's also not practical to guess how long each episode will take, but if it's four episodes and the time per episode continues to grow linearly at the current rate, then the final update will come out sometime 2035.

Not taking the locked room reveal into account, because there's so little go off of, I want to be able to confess my love for Bella... but she doesn't say it back. Either she flees like in Episode 8's date, or just clams up. But later in the episode, she talks about her feelings of guilt, talks about James (and maybe the baby), the possible future, and then finally says it backBella's side profile is something else
